The ensemble 0 (pronounced 0) started in 2004 in Bayonne (France). The founding members are:

0 performs original compositions by the members of the group, as well as pieces by contemporary composers.
Tom Johnson (who studied with Feldman) once said: "Many composers talk about the importance of silence in music, but one does not actually hear much of it in the classical repertoire, or any other repertoire. In fact, silences longer than three seconds are extremely rare in all kinds of music."
For 0, everything is allowed, everything can be musical, even the absence of sound, and melody and pulse are not forbidden too.
